Kubrick

Movies, music and the hub-effect next to Broadway Cinematheque

OUR TAKE

Inspired by Hollywood legend Stanley Kubrick, Kubrick in the heart of Yau Ma Tei unites a bookstore, cinema, and café to offer a distinct cultural experience. Opened in 2001, Kubrick features a wide variety of books, covering everything from literary classics to modern works, as well as a great collection of films with frequent film screenings and literary events it’s a lively cultural spot for both locals and tourists.

Unlike many of Hong Kong's smaller artisan cafés, Kubrick stands out with its high ceilings and spacious design. This inviting space offers plenty of room to kick back and enjoy a good book or movie while providing a comfortable atmosphere for work and a proper food menu.
