An old Hong Kong name 生昌 (previously a seafood store run by the owner’s parents) rebranded as a coffee roastery in To Kwa Wan, evoking a tint of nostalgia. Their coffee is super affordable with less than $60 for a hand drip coffee for most of their beans. We ordered a latte and hand drip coffee from Colombia, with both selection demonstrating very solid quality. Refer to detail tasting notes on our Instagram.
