The historic Victoria Prison now hosts a specialty coffee shop, offering a unique blend of heritage and exceptional coffee.

Our drinks of choice here include the latte, which has very impressive flavors reminiscent of Crème Brûlée, and a pour-over featuring beans from Colombia's Mossto Farm. This Geisha varietal, processed through natural sun drying, provides a solid extraction with floral undertones and a delightful hint of lychee towards the end.

Recently, we've noticed an increase in cafés across Hong Kong serving coffee from Quindío. This region, part of the esteemed Colombian Coffee Triangle, is known for producing some of the world's finest beans, thanks to its high altitudes of 1,200 to 1,800 meters above sea level. These beans offer a balanced and complex flavor profile.
